We can prepare initial sketches to show the possibilities of what you can achieve.
Concept and Feasibility Studies
Once the concept has been established, we will work up the scheme making amendments based on your feedback.
Project Planning and Detailed Design
Drawings will be prepared for both Planning and Building Warrant submissions. The applications will be lodged with the local authorities and Wilson Architects Scotland Ltd will deal with the case officers as required.
Planning and Building Regulations Submissions
If required, Wilson Architects Scotland Ltd can inspect the building works as they progress. To ensure that the construction is in line with Local Authority Approvals. An Architects Certificate (CML) can be issued if required by your lending institution.
Project Management
Although we don’t have this facility inhouse, we do work with specialist companies to provide, external and internal visualisations and can also provide video walkthroughs.
